Becki Fernandes

Becki graduated in 2016 from the Royal Veterinary College in London and started her career in various small animal clinics in her native Cardiff. In 2022 she made the move with her husband to his hometown of Buxton, joining Wright and Morten in the summer of 2023.

Becki has completed a post graduate certificate in small animal medicine and enjoys all aspects of general practice but in particular has an interest in endocrine disease and clinical pathology.

Outside of work Becki would definitely describe herself as a foodie, enjoying cooking, baking and eating out. After a year of renovations her new kitchen is ready to try out some new recipes. To balance out all that food she enjoys a long walk exploring the Peak District with her cocker spaniel, Ned.
