Arranging visits and appointments
Routine calls can be arranged by telephoning the office during normal office hours. When doing so please provide accurate directions to where the horse is kept and a mobile phone number so that you can be easily contacted.
In an emergency, please call 0845 8330034, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is helpful when you ring to provide the following information: owner’s name, location of horse, details of the problem and full contact details. Emergency veterinary care outside the hours of 8.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday carries an out of hours surcharge.
If you require advice from a veterinary surgeon, please contact the office who will take your details. A vet will call you back when free. Alternatively, they may give you the vet’s mobile phone number if appropriate.
Our accounts are processed on the 1st of every month and payment is requested within 28 days. Payments can be made by cash, cheques, debit and major credit cards, but unfortunately we cannot accept American Express. Failure to settle your account within the required period will result in administrative surcharges.
